We strive to make your BBQ experience perfect from the moment you place your order until delivery. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over €99. For orders below this amount, we charge a small shipping fee of just €6.95. These costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Fast and reliable delivery with DHL
We use DHL for all our shipments across Europe. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Germany & Austria: 2-3 business days
- Rest of EU: 3-5 business days
- Other European countries: 3-7 business days
International shipping
We ship to all European countries. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for non-EU countries and are the responsibility of the customer. We carefully package your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Non-EU Countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway)
We currently ship to EU countries only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or other non-EU destinations at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options — follow our newsletter to stay informed about new delivery regions.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. This allows you to follow your package at any time and know exactly when your BBQ will be delivered.
